A Private Bill in reality cannot be deleted from the system
it can only be cancelled or written off
Cancel Bill or Write -Off Bill
View Bill
The bill is displayed and can then be printed or a payment can be made against the bill.
View Patient Details
This opens the patient Electronic Health Record
Make Payment
The payment form is displayed.
Edit Bill
The bill can be edited. Add or remove or update item numbers.
Cancel Bill
The bill will be displayed to you, with all the service items already cancelled ( all the previous items are replaced with 000 - the cancel item ).
Write-Off Bill
The bill will be written off.
Bill Write Off
When a bill is written off, a payment will have to be generated for which the practice will have to bear the cost.
The bill will be marked as written off.
